The Acushnet Company has a long history of recognizing its associates’ service. Through its Associate Service Award program, associates celebrating 5 years of service and every 5 years thereafter, receive an award in the form of a gift selected from a consumer products catalog, including a variety of company products.

Acushnet Company acknowledges those associates who have achieved 25 years of service or higher, with the Quarter Century Club celebration. The most recent even in October of 2006 recognized over 300 associates that had accomplished 25 years or more of service. Associates and guests were invited to a banquet which was followed by entertainment, raffle prize drawings, and reflections of past times.
