Responsible for identifying golfer insights, through primary and secondary research and providing analysis to guide strategic direction for the Titleist brand, including, golf balls, golf clubs and golf gear. Work with product category leaders to assess goals and help to determine research needs. Develop surveys, planning, writing, designing and executing golfer research for the Titleist and Pinnacle brands; analyze data, prepare reports/presentations of research results by efficiently communicating critical learnings, golfer insights and recommendations. Identify appropriate methodologies and techniques (i.e. quantitative vs. qualitative) by leveraging current golf landscape and input from internal experts. Organize and coordinate project logistics and resources to meet deadlines and maintain quality. Manage third party research partners and internal resources throughout the research process. Provide analysis of third party data (Datatech, NGF, etc) to distribute to internal teams. Oversee the usage of the online survey tool and ongoing survey system assessment, ensuring delivery of superior insights. Provide direction and establish criteria for global markets to help identify potential golfer insights studies. Maintain Golfer Insight internal website and manage golfer insight budget.
Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters preferred. Minimum of 5 years of consumer research experience. Some domestic travel approximately 5% of time. Strong golf knowledge and passion for the game required. Exceptional attention to detail.
