The Associate Digital Marketing Producer is responsible for creating, publishing and maintaining content in support of digital marketing campaigns. Produce effective, innovative web content that communicates Titleist brand and category messaging as well as engages our target audience. Develop, create and deploy content assets such as website landing pages, video clips, social media, graphics, ads, newsletters, emails, etc. Maintain and schedule content based on a marketing calendar using a web based content management system. Combine project management, production and technical knowledge with innovative ideas for final content execution. Collaborate with internal teams to develop digital creative & content to support marketing campaigns. Interface with the IT team on the development and testing of new features. Responsible for creative recommendations and ensuring a positive user experience. Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform and inspire design & content decisions.
BA in Digital Communications or Marketing & Communications is required. A minimum of 1 year of experience is required in a digital media production role.
Experience maintaining web based content using marketing automation and content management systems. Project management, planning, communication and time management skills in a marketing role. Ability to create and integrate standard web graphics, motion graphics and digital video content into digital platforms. A thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop) and popular video editing tools. Must possess an understanding of search engine optimization principles and implementing SEO tactics. UX and UI front end web design skills including responsive, mobile optimized web design. Understanding of digital analytics tools to evaluate and report on KPIs. Experience conducting QA and overall functionality and usability of website content. Digital copywriting skills are a plus. Must be a team player with the ability to work within a highly collaborative environment. Golf and golf equipment knowledge is strongly preferred. Requires some nontraditional hours or weekend work during golf season.
