The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for managing vendors for photo shoots and layouts of various FJ/1857 look books and catalogs. Handle the creative for the FJ Merchandising Program including requests from National Accounts creating in-store displays for Dicks and PGATS as well as supporting field sales. Execute graphic deliverables and work along-side vendors to develop and improve the FJ/1857 PGA Show experience. Work with the Sr. Manager to develop creative materials to support brand and product messaging across all communication platforms including print publications, point of sale, and digital publications. He/she will also assume some responsibilities of maintaining files within sales rep database to ensure content is current including merchandise guide, order forms, sell sheets and price lists. Responsible for managing the production of FootJoy Full Line Product Catalog alongside outside agencies. Manage priorities, logistics, as well as assist in layout for FJ Catalog. Collaborate with the product teams to create content and sections appropriately representing the respective categories. Art direct all responsibilities of studio sessions/photo shoots with guidance from the Sr Manager. Responsible for creating artwork for National Accounts to support all in store initiatives. Create artwork for the FJ booth at the PGA Show. Coordinate printing or transfer or artwork. Responsible for creating all marketing tools for point of sale, sales force and trade. Including, but not limited to, display design, graphics for product launch initiatives, sell sheets, all print materials for point of sale. Respond to image requests from sales reps as well as on- and off-course accounts. Assist in the development of print and digital advertising creative and assets. Create glove packaging, sock packaging and box end labels for shoes as needed. Ensure content of digital files in sales rep database is current including sell sheets, all price lists, merchandise guide, and order forms.
A BS degree in Graphic Design or related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience is Graphic Design is required. Graphic design skills – Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat Professional) Experience setting up, executing, and managing photoshoots and assets. A strong knowledge of FJ and Golf Industry is desired. A willingness to work as part of the FJ Marketing team, collaborating with colleagues and assuming/sharing additional responsibilities as needed as well as a willingness to learn and become involved with FJ Merchandising/Display Program.
