Prepare and produce a rolling 12 week Treasury cash flow forecast for US operations (weekly). Coordinate and solicit information from internal departments (Planning, Procurement, AP, AR, Tax, etc.) and external sources to formulate assumptions and projections. Populate cash forecast spreadsheet with actual bank transactions and activity at the close of every week. Conduct variance analysis reporting on projected vs. actual activity. Prepare and produce a rolling 12 month Treasury cash flow forecast for US and Global operations (monthly). Coordinate and solicit information from internal and external sources to update projections. Conduct variance analysis reporting on projected vs. actual activity as well as year over year comparisons. Review daily cash position/management reports and release funds transfers, consolidation of cash and letters of credit. Act as primary back-up for Treasury Specialist. Maintain global listing of bank accounts and signatories, working with Ex-US locations to update information on a quarterly basis. Coordinate annual FBAR reporting. Facilitate audits in adherence to SOX and compliance requirements. Provide assistance in special projects and initiatives as they arise.
Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting is required. Certified Treasury Professional designation preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, 3 of which must be specifically in Treasury with an emphasis on cash forecasting, cash flow preparation and analysis. An accounting background with the ability to analyze and interpret Financial Reports is preferred. Previous experience working with a Treasury Workstation also a plus. Excellent Excel skills. Must be able to analyze large sets of data using Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
