- Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000
Conduct Titleist golf ball fittings with amateur golfers educating and assisting them in selection of the best Titleist golf ball for their game. Responsible, as part of a team, to share in the driving and safety of the vehicle at regular intervals. Conduct Titleist golf ball fittings with amateurs, acquiring launch conditions with Trackman and providing expert analysis of data and recommendation of Titleist golf ball models for on-course performance evaluation. Educate golfers and Trade Partners about golf ball performance and Titleist golf ball fitting. Develop schedule and plan fitting times at on-course facilities coordinating with Titleist Sales representatives and Partners. Capture golfers’ profiles (ie. email address, preferred golf shop) and provide benefits of joining Team Titleist. Manage Titleist golf ball inventory, samples, van supplies, collateral and budget. Responsible for driving and safety of the vehicle. To include adherence with all DOT rules and regulations in regard to vehicle maintenance and safely procedures and logs.
Bachelor’s Degree required. Preference for individuals with some PGA/PGM or golf experience in the area of equipment or fitting. This position requires the associate have and maintain a valid driver’s license as well as follow all DOT rules and regulations. A valid US Department of Transportation Medical Card in accordance with 40 CFR 391.43 and a driver’s license is required. A thorough understanding of golfers, golf ball performance and equipment is required. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Strong time management and organizational proficiency. Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license. Must be willing to travel extensively up to 3 weeks per month and work extended hours in an outdoor golf course or driving range environment. Job requires routine transport, set-up of tents, Trackman, golf ball product which requires light to heavy lifting.
