- Salary Range: up to $60,320
- Hours: 8am - 5pm
To perform functions and provide support in Treasury activities including cash management, cash forecasting, bank account and merchant services fee analysis, funds transfers and cash consolidation. Prepare and analyze daily cash balances and positioning schedule, ensure idle cash balances are consolidated into main operating bank accounts. Provide assistance in production of a rolling 12 week Treasury cash flow forecast for US operations (weekly). Populate cash forecast spreadsheet with actual bank transactions and activity at the close of every week. Coordinate and solicit information from internal and external sources to update short-term projections. Coordinate, review and input time sensitive funds transfers and Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments. Create and maintain payment templates within online banking portal. Review check related positive pay items. Assign settlement instructions for FX trades. Execute month-end and quarter-end responsibilities. Track and analyze bank account analysis and merchant services fees monthly and produce reporting package for review and approval by Manager of Cash Management. Coordinate issuance of Letters of Credit working closely with Sourcing group. Monitor and resolve discrepancies and other issues/communications from the bank. Liaise with banks as opportunities arise. Keep abreast of banking software updates and enhancements. Facilitate audits in adherence to SOX and compliance requirements. Provide assistance in special projects and initiatives as they arise.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2 years college, AS or BS degree preferred. 3-5 years working within a treasury function to include experience forecasting, analyzing data, and cash management. Must be able to analyze large sets of data using Excel. Must be proficient in Excel. Strong communication skills. Excellent attention to detail required.
