Senior Sales & Operations Planning Analyst (Golf Gear): Vista, California
Develop, Lead And Evolve A Robust Sales & Operations Planning Process That Will Drive Executional Excellence Throughout Our Global Gear Business And Ensure Cross Functional Alignment In How We Plan, Buy And Execute Our Business Strategy. Primary Responsibilities: • Responsible for Sales & Operations Analysis process across all levels of Gear organization (including senior leadership team), collaborating data across the various departments in attendance. This process aims to balance supply and demand, focusing on future forecasts, capacity, and the risks and opportunities of the demand and inventory plans. Analyzing data to provide key insights to management that will drive the decision making processes for Service, Demand, Financial, Buy, & Liquidation Strategies. • Responsible to analyze and identify demand / supply mismatches and recommend corrective actions to ensure delivery performance for all Gear products. • Prepare Reports to track targets to actuals and recommend corrective actions for leadership (Service, Cost & Inventory Velocity). Manager Club Fitting and Trial Events: Carlsbad, CA.
This position will manage a National Team of Golf Club Tech Reps that conduct industry-leading club fitting and trial events. These events feature a well-trained and knowledgeable fitter utilizing leading club fitting tools and methods to select and showcase the best Titleist clubs for consumers. These events must enhance our brand reputation, enhance consumer satisfaction and enforce that we are industry leading, achieving a significant ROI. • Ensure high quality fittings through a well-trained team of local Titleist Tech Reps who represent the brand to consumers. Includes: Ensure that all Tech Reps complete online product knowledge training. Develop and execute training content targeted for exclusive use by Tech Reps to include in-person events, online training and webinars. Create methods of measuring consumer satisfaction and use them to assess quality of events. Visit many events to provide coaching to Tech Reps, ensure appropriate consumer experiences, and better understand consumer’s expectations and desires. • Develop and execute an annual event plan including all facets such as: Work closely with Sales Leaders and Sales Reps to ensure appropriate host support for successful events. Marketing support provides appropriate promotion both via trade partners and direct to consumers. Ensure effective order placement. Regularly report on event revenue and consumers impacted. Resource planning to include personnel, all necessary equipment and supplies. • Administer all aspects of Titleist Tech Rep program to fully comply with all local, state and national labor regulations and company standards. Supervises approximately 175 non-exempt Tech Reps including: interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, resolving problems and assessing needed talent. Partner Fitting Program Lead: Carlsbad, CA.
This position will manage US club fitting activities for our network of partner club fitters. It will ensure the achievement of industry leading quality using the best tools and fitting methods. It will also ensure appropriate consumer access to highly skilled fitters within the industry. • Manage US Partner fitting programs including Advanced, SureFit Cart/Bag programs to include: Program and policy creation to support our strategy of industry leading club fitting tools and network; Fitting clubs and tools from pre-launch to end of product life matrix creation, forecast, distribution, sell-off. • Advise and coordinates with Customer Service team for club fitting support - ongoing Rep and partner requests, fitting tool order entry, annual fee billing & credits; fitting clubs sell-off. • Reports to Management on US partner network sales performance, fitting trends and appropriate investments to ensure sufficient ROI. • Personally provides industry leading fitter training and support. Develops and executes training programs about fitting methods and product features, benefits and performance. Golf Club Grinding Technician/ Tour: Carlsbad, CA.
This role performs both stock and custom grinds to match the very specific and technical requirements of the best wedge players in the world. To take a wedge head from a cast part and skin it to the proper weight and perform the stock or custom grind called for on the corresponding order. The position: -Reviews the specific wedge request to identify the requirements and perform the grinding to ensure the wedge meets the proper specifications. -Performs any and all grind operations to ensure zero tolerance club specifications upon completion of the grinding process. This includes visual inspection, machine testing, and measuring with a micrometer to a precise point. -Must learn and expand custom wedge stamping techniques to fulfill special requests and requirements of tour players. -Performs all other related duties including club assembly and inventory.

Headwear Designer: Fairhaven, MA
Create new product designs for several worldwide markets for Titleist headwear. Work closely with the respective marketing managers for these categories along with the Hong Kong based accessories sourcing office to design industry leading headwear and Gear products consistent with overall brand objectives for Titleist and the Titleist Gear Collections. Develop seasonal headwear designs for the Titleist brand through comprehensive market and design research. This includes design rendering and detailing from concept creation to initial proto samples through to commercialization in coordination with our product creation calendar. Support the SMU needs of the category and company. Develop and coordinate new specifications for all headwear and outerwear styles including fabrication details, size specifications, embroidery requirements, trims and packaging designs. Constantly research and evaluate the worldwide headwear markets to determine trends in styling, color, fabrications, innovative features, etc. Attend related trade shows and get constant sales feedback on market needs. Travel to worldwide markets to understand taste and styling differences by region. QA Tech III - Raw Materials: New Bedford, MA
In this position, under limited supervision, you will test and analyze approximately 150 golf ball raw materials for quality acceptance as per the approved procedures to support Golf Ball Manufacturing. Analyze data and identify materials that are out of spec and notify the appropriate staff. Support QARM Qualification Projects by participating in plant trials. Perform incoming golf ball raw materials testing as per the Purchase Materials Specifications and How To documents by following established safety protocols. Enter accurately all Certificate of Analysis' (COA) and Incoming test results in Defect Management System (DMS)/Statistical Process Control (SPC) databases promptly. Maintain detailed documentation of test results in laboratory notebooks. Active participation is required for a continuous improvement in method development and implementation for How To documents. Support QARM Qualification Projects by participating in plant trials. Analyze and review test data for accuracy and inform test results to Supervisor and QARM Exempts. Use independent judgment to troubleshoot and identify root cause of failed tests. Report and present analysis and test results in charts and tables formats as requested using various computer application software such as MS Word, MS Excel, Lotus Notes, QAS, FileNet, Comet. Routinely support QARM Exempts’ inquiries related to the status of Certificate of Analysis, incoming test results and DMS/SPC data. Assist lab "customers" with the collection of representative samples to perform required testing. Operate research equipment to test raw materials or to produce and evaluate golf balls, components and test specimens. Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, to include calibration of equipment and maintaining inventory of operating supplies. Requires correspondence/coordination of activities with outside contractors. Perform related duties as assigned.

Serve as the systems architect and key technical lead to deploy and maintain Acushnet's Data Warehouse processes in order to deliver Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to the organization. SR Payroll Specialist: Fairhaven, MA
Timely and accurate processing of multi state weekly payroll for approximately 2500 hourly, non-exempt, and exempt associates. Update Associate payroll information including new hires, changes, 401k, benefits, terminations, garnishments, direct deposits, tax withholding into ADP Payforce. Perform retro calculations and gross ups for prizes & awards and financial planning. Prepare severance schedules and process termination and ILO checks as needed. Print epans/TAMs from PeopleSoft. Run pre-processing ADPR Reports and pay data reports and audit for accuracy. Load YTD Accumulators in PS. Sort and prepare pay statements for distribution. Audit, maintain, and sign-off weekly timecards using ADP's Enterprise eTime system. Grant eTime Access, reset passwords, and provide continued eTime support to Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Associates. Research and respond to payroll inquiries from Associates, internal departments, and external agencies as well as process employment and wage verifications. Perform miscellaneous year end/seasonal payroll activities including W-2 prep, preparing for accrual resets, carryovers and payouts, and preparing quarterly tax returns not prepared by ADP. Assist with preparing, maintaining, and reconciling miscellaneous payroll reports including payroll comparison, wage and tax reconciliation, invoice allocation, man hours report, Expat monthly reconciliation, Multiple Worksite Reporting. This position ensures that the operations of Club Customer Service and the Repairs teams achieve industry-leading service levels for Titleist customers and consumers. It is continually aligned with short and long-term organizational strategies and goals and helps ensure that they are met. This position oversees the day to day activities of the department and when necessary will provide “hands-on” support as required. It also serves as a SME (subject matter expert) for our ERP system (AGS) and as a Super User of the system. • Direct all activities associated with inbound and outbound phone calls, orders and service requests. Includes oversight of daily operations of Customer Service, and Repairs. • Set and execute strategy for company operations. Establish business and strategic short-term and long-term initiatives/goals, including planning for and managing change. • Continually monitor potential call center and CRM systems and technology. Identify best practices and make recommendations for modifications to senior management. Oversee the maintenance and function of existing order entry systems (AGS) • Provide analytic support to the Customer Service Team for Titleist Golf Clubs. In this position the incumbent will be primarily responsible to perform a wide variety of tasks including Preventative Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Repair of complex Computer or PLC controlled manufacturing equipment. Equipment includes electrical/electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical subsystems. Use equipment such as voltmeters, ammeters oscilloscopes, micrometers, thickness gauges, and power tools to trouble shoot and repair equipment. Assist team members as needs and issues arise. Originate and fill out Maintenance Work Orders in a timely manner, including problem statement, corrective actions, parts used, and hours charged. Close Work Orders when work is completed.
