The Associate Golf Ball Product Manager, Performance is responsible for managing the go-to-market process the Titleist Performance golf ball category. This role will work cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful global product launches. Additionally, this position will support product marketing in the development of product driven promotions and the creation of product marketing collateral. The product manager’s core responsibility is to protect and strengthen Titleist’s position in the market and help to responsibly grow the business around the world. Develop positioning, packaging, promotions, and collateral to support successful global premium performance product launches. In partnership with the Director of Golf Ball Product Management, maintain the premium performance section of the three generation golf ball plan. Partner with golf ball marketing to support requests for in-shop premium performance initiatives to support both channel and country specific projects. Analyze market share, sales channels and conduct competitive analysis of the golf ball market to better inform product positioning and promotion opportunities globally. Manage new premium performance products and opportunities for the Custom Golf Ball business. In partnership with golfer insights, conduct golfer research for psychographic and demographic segmentation, product performance and improvement requirements for the premium performance category. Collaborate with Interactive and Team Titleist on development of compelling and educational golf ball content for website and in-person events. This position will be responsible for pre-production and production of original TPI multi-media content, tasks to include lighting, filming, set and graphic design, audio recording and media management. Responsibilities also include ensuring projects meet the intentions and requirements expressed by management. SR Manager Technology Services: Fairhaven, MA
To plan, coordinate, direct, and design services delivered by the enterprise operations data center. To provide administrative direction and support for the daily operational activities of the data center operations, backup, server, storage and disaster recovery departments. To work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. To define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage IT staffing, including, supervision, scheduling, evaluation, and recruiting. Develop staff by identifying growth opportunities and continuous improvements activities. Create corporate data center work schedules to ensure adequate operational coverage 24x7x365. Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of servers, storage, SAN, virtualization, backup, recovery and cloud based technologies based on department needs. Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations. Ensure service levels with the business are established and define methods to measure customer satisfaction. Manager responsible for leading Titleist Distribution, FootJoy apparel distribution operations activities (receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns). Serves as operations expert for Information Systems critical to distribution including: Warehouse Management System (WMS), Warehouse Control System (WCS), Business Intelligence (BI), and Supply Chain Execution (SCE). Provide Warehouse Management System (WMS) expertise and administration. Insure daily operation of the WMS supports business plan. Establish and monitor operating guidelines for the WMS. Continually review ongoing operations and systems interfaces to identify opportunities for system/process optimization. Serve as project manager for all DC systems related efforts. Coordinate maintenance and acquisition of systems hardware (scanning devices, printers, etc)Provide Warehouse Control System (WCS) expertise and administration. Insure conveyor controls system supports business plans and is adapted to meet changes in required sortation. Identify and implement changes to WCS in conjunctions with carrier routing changes designed to reduce transportation costs while maintaining or improving lead times to customers. Coordinate the update of routing configuration in all interfaced systems as required (WMS, WCS, SCE, manifest systems). Coordinate configuration updates to distribution systems with affected warehouses as required (carrier rate changes, carrier services supported, etc.) Insure work priorities are communicated between shifts/departments. Oversee all Inventory Control activities. Establish and enforce policies for inventory accuracy, cycle counting, physical inventory, and inventory adjustments. Review inventory discrepancies on a continual basis, identify root cause and coordinate corrective actions necessary to bring inventory into balance and avoid future discrepancies. Coordinate the execution of annual physical inventories. Develop and implement procedures to support import and export shipping using various shipping modes (international parcel, postal service, air freight forwarding, ocean freight forwarding, international TL/LTL). Insure DC compliance with Foreign Trade Zone/C-TPAT regulations.

Responsible for supporting video team needs with an emphasis on editing and motion graphics to help deliver high production quality video content for the Titleist brand. Responsible for editing video content and handling all motion graphics capabilities into final output. Ensure accurate & timely conversion of graphic files to embroidery digitized format. The incumbent will color up artwork for each order and generate any needed proofs requested by the customer. Will work closely with Custom Customer Service and QA in the pre-production approval process. Will maintain archives for all approved stitch outs and for all embroidery files created and edited. SR Tax Accountant: Fairhaven
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Tax Accounting, the Senior Tax Accountant will be an integral member of the Acushnet Company tax department with a focus on accounting for income taxes, corporate tax compliance and tax risk management. Prepare interim and annual income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740 (FAS 109) and IAS 12. Reconcile global tax accounts and related analyses (income taxes payable, FIN 48, and deferred tax accounts). Identify and analyze changes in tax laws to determine impact to Company. Ensure tax rate changes are accurately reflected in Company's tax accounting (e.g., changes to deferred items). Review the local countriesâ€™ quarterly and annual tax reporting used in the preparation of the US GAAP and IFRS global income tax provision. Assist with the preparation of the consolidated tax footnote and other tax disclosures. Actively participate as a member of team responsible for implementing and/or utilizing tax technology software solutions for accounting for income taxes, income tax compliance, and other tax functions. Assist with the financial audit by external auditors. Proactively identify process improvements, implement changes and ensure best practices. Support companywide ERP implementation. Perform research and assist with special projects, as needed.
