Responsibilities: In this position, the incumbent will collect and report data related to golf club and component characteristics and performance through direct measurement along with mechanical and durability testing. This will involve coordinating projects with multiple technicians, organizing reports for engineers and management while working with minimal supervision. The incumbent will be responsible for measuring structural characteristics of golf club heads and/or shafts, running durability testing on golf club heads and shafts, running robot testing on golf club heads and shafts and building player test and durability test clubs. This position will be responsible for entering test data into the database, communicating the results of the data, as well as creating specific reports based on data taken. The incumbent will be responsible for procuring and maintaining a controlled inventory of competitive product, stocked lab tools and components as well as maintaining logs and databases for all test measurements. Collaborate with business to document business requirements and translate them into system requirements. Consult with business on maximizing the value of automated systems and assist in redesigning business processes. Apply business and system knowledge to design system solutions that address business requirements. In this position the incumbent will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the human resources information system applications and related policies and procedures. The manager is responsible to set HRIT strategy and priorities and is responsible for the direction and development of HRIT staff. Provide technical expertise and system support to the Human Resources department in order to meet the strategic needs of the organization. Partner with key users to understand and identify needs and initiate systems projects to meet those needs. Serves as department liaison to Information Technology department. Design Engineer / Clubs: Carlsbad, California
In this position the incumbent will primarily design Titleist golf clubs using Unigraphics (UG). They will produce new models/concepts and refine existing models/concepts using a variety of techniques in UG, including surfacing, the sketch application, part families, and other advanced applications within the software. They will integrate Industrial Design Team sketches and internal engineering constructions into the model in UG. Team with Industrial Design and Engineering Staff to generate desired golf club forms, shapes, sculpting, features, artwork, engraving, aesthetics, medallions, secondary inserts, and cosmetics.
The incumbent will develop and/or follow design specifications to generate CAD models. Qualify CAD model integrity through prototyping and pre-production runs. Operate and/or possess knowledge of reverse engineering tools to expedite development and verify golf club models. Operate and/or possess knowledge of digital sculpting tools to expedite modeling. Maintain up to date working knowledge of CAD programs, illustration programs, and spread-sheets for effective communication with designers, suppliers, manufacturing, sales and marketing.
Additionally they will develop standards/templates to facilitate effective communication in accomplishing the product development goals - from concept through to production. Provide inspection forms and procedures. Link CAD model efforts with computer analysis tools for virtual performance analysis. Use computer based analysis techniques for expediting the determination of critical performance variables.

This position is responsible for providing a luxury shopping experience for all customers at the Scotty Cameron Gallery /Boutique on a daily basis; to ensure guests /customers are serviced impeccably with direct input and direction from the Scotty Cameron Management team. Responsibility includes but is not limited to; Providing a luxury shopping experience for all customers. Greeting customers and ascertaining what each customer wants and/or needs. Recommending, selecting, and helping locate or obtaining merchandise based on customer needs and desires. Promoting the attributes of the merchandise and answering all customer questions. Maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. Arranging and displaying merchandise to promote sales. Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the management and leadership of the Scotty Cameron Gallery /Boutique on a daily basis; overseeing retail staff, office staff and all office functions within the Gallery to ensure guests /customers are serviced impeccably with direct input and direction from the Scotty Cameron Management team. Responsibility includes but is not limited to effective supervision of the staff, inventory, accounting and adherence to company policies and procedures. Attainment of profitability and financial objectives within the store.
