Inventory Coordinator: Vista, CA
This position is responsible for ensuring the Distribution Center's inventory is accurate by utilizing the Warehouse Management System's tools including cycle counts, discrepancy resolution and annual physical inventory counts. Research, analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies in all areas of the distribution center. Plan and execute recall functions and lock/unlock inventory. Maintain WMS Item Master settings for all stocked items. Execute DC location cycle counts as scheduled daily utilizing WMS. Adhere to DC cycle count policy as defined by management. Produce and distribute inventory variance reports as required. Research and resolve inventory discrepancies as reported by other DC associates. Review and analyze inventory movement and adjacent areas. Report problematic procedures and/or users to DC Management. Have an expert understanding of all inbound and related processes. Lock and quarantine inventory as requested by DC Management. Plan and execute inventory recalls to vendor and obsolete inventory projects as required. Assist with transitional inventory distribution as required. Assist with planning and execution of pick location slotting (to determine best location for inventory pick volume) as required. Gather and enter WMS Item master and carton settings for newly stocked items. Maintain Item Master settings throughout item lifespan. Research and resolve system settings errors that cause inventory management discrepancies and/or inefficiencies. Execute inventory movement to/from DC locations as required. Cross-train to serve as backup to one or more of the following DC roles: DC Receiving Lead Coordinator, Associate DC Production Scheduler, DC Replenishment Coordinator and perform other tasks as assigned by DC Management.

Customs Compliance & Logistics Manager: Fairhaven, MA
Provide oversight and management of Customs policies, practices and procedures to ensure compliance to regulations. Manage the inbound logistics requirements to improve supply chain efficiency. Successful execution will mitigate financial risks and increase/maintain predictability of the FootJoy Supply Chain. Prepare and produce a rolling 8 week cash flow forecast and a rolling 12 month US and Global cash flow forecast. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Tax Accounting, the Senior Tax Accountant will be an integral member of the Acushnet Company tax department with a focus on accounting for income taxes, corporate tax compliance and tax risk management.
