The Associate Golf Ball Product Manager, Performance is responsible for managing the go-to-market process the Titleist Performance golf ball category. This role will work cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful global product launches. Additionally, this position will support product marketing in the development of product driven promotions and the creation of product marketing collateral. The product managerís core responsibility is to protect and strengthen Titleistís position in the market and help to responsibly grow the business around the world. To plan, coordinate, direct, and design services delivered by the enterprise operations data center. To provide administrative direction and support for the daily operational activities of the data center operations, backup, server, storage and disaster recovery departments. To work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. To define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage IT staffing, including, supervision, scheduling, evaluation, and recruiting. In this position, the incumbent will Create, Design, and Edit digitized embroidery files from customer artwork. Work with digitizing contractors to create embroidery files as needed. Create and Design special make up units as requested by customers. The incumbent will work with offshore subcontractors to create digitized embroidery files as needed. Ensure accurate & timely conversion of graphic files to embroidery digitized format. The incumbent will color up artwork for each order and generate any needed proofs requested by the customer. Edit digitized embroidery files from customers and offshore subcontractors, to ensure quality standards are met. Will work closely with Custom Customer Service and QA in the pre-production approval process. Will maintain archives for all approved stitch outs and for all embroidery files created and edited. Responsible for assisting with the design of Special Makeup Units and assisting embroidery production in other projects as needed

Candidate must be able to work with Senior Vice President - Putter Development on artwork, graphics and photography for product line. Work with various vendors from concept to completion. Source creative and innovative ideas to keep the product line fresh. Have the ability to take project from concept to completion within tight time constraints. Generate working Illustrator files from scans, drawings or photographs. Provide accurate editing and attention to detail with an ability to prep files for multiple types of production. Candidate must have strong Photoshop skills including color-correction, sizing, compression, composition and typography. Photography and video editing skills to include apparel, putters, metalwork and people. Shoot and edit video.
