Design, develop, and execute marketing initiatives for Vokey Wedges with a focus on the interactive consumer experience for the Vokey.com website, WedgeWorks Custom Shop, Vokey Store, and Vokey online community. Directs the oversight of the facility including but not limited to; The Customer Experience, Golf Club Fittings & Testing conducted at the Titleist Performance Institute and landscape maintenance within the 30 acre test site. Is the key Leadership Representative to host serious golfers, tour players and key amateur players visiting Titleist Performance Institute ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional. Assists in developing a growth strategy for the Titleist Performance Institute that will expand the product offering including but not limited to fitting services, Biomechanical services, special schools and events making it golf’s ultimate wholistic destination. Provides daily “Hands on Management” of the Titleist Performance Institute Fitting team, Testing team, Grounds Superintendent, Biomechanics Technician and Receptionist. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of fitting, testing, and event support staff. Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Tax Accounting, the Senior Tax Accountant will be an integral member of the Acushnet Company tax department with a focus on accounting for income taxes, corporate tax compliance and tax risk management. Prepare interim and annual income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740 (FAS 109) and IAS 12. Reconcile global tax accounts and related analyses (income taxes payable, FIN 48, and deferred tax accounts). Identify and analyze changes in tax laws to determine impact to Company.
