Senior Research Engineer: Carlsbad, California
Applies a broad knowledge of engineering disciplines, scientific methods and computer based analysis tools to perform complex studies on golf club designs and biomechanical swing sequences for the Titleist golf club franchise. Conducts and coordinates research in support of development programs to discover and validate potential product advancements necessitating the application of new and unique approaches. Utilizes computational analysis software and numerical techniques to analyze golf club designs and/or biomechanical swing sequences to predict a comprehensive suite of advanced performance metrics. Consults with management to evaluate project opportunities in an organized manner to align with critical path schedule requirements. Maintains advanced knowledge of state of the art engineering applications, computational analysis tools, golf club design methods, USGA golf club product specification regulations, competitive product specifications, patents, and industry trends. Possess and applies broad knowledge of numerical software and scientific methods to create software algorithms and numerical models in order to organize and improve existing model resolutions, modeling domains, data collection protocols, and data processing methods. Generates necessary engineering and technical documentation to facilitate communication and support to Design, Product Development Engineering, Research, Testing, Suppliers, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and/or Legal. Identify product needs and market opportunities to serve our trade partners and serious golfers. Direct all web/mobile digital marketing and ecommerce initiatives for the Vokey Wedge brand. Develop, plan and manage all Vokey Wedge marketing efforts including but not limited to product launch, promotion, product communication, website content, consumer connection, social media and merchandising. Find innovative and improved ways to connect, engage and educate our loyal brand fans and strengthen their connection to the Vokey brand and product line. Shipping and Receiving Associate: San Marcos, CA

In this position, the incumbent will package and ship domestic as well as international orders via the FedEx website. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying multiple putter orders and shipping complete when practical. This position will require the incumbent to verify and check-in putters, freight, components, etc, as well as update the Custom Shop website as to order status. Incumbent will also be responsible for the inventory and organization of all Putter Studio components, supplies, etc. reporting future needs. The incumbent will be required to operate a forklift when needed. This position will be responsible for preparing packing lists for putters, matching-up work orders and preparing heads for paint and assembly. In this position the incumbent will be required to perform some assembly work. Additional responsibilities of the position include shipping, receiving and inventory functions related to putter restoration and Putter Studio operations

Senior Quality Technician: New Bedford

In this position, you will conduct new product trials, analyze results and make recommendations in support of golf ball manufacturing process improvement projects to improve golf ball quality and productivity. Coordinate efforts of manufacturing personnel as well as test and inspect golf balls, including operation of test machines and equipment. Work with Manufacturing Managers and Team Leaders to coordinate the manufacture of pilot and special run products, assuring proper physical properties, process parameters, good quality and quantities to meet the manufacturing schedule. Conduct independent process evaluations to investigate improvements to manufacturing. Collaborate in the development of new products with the Scotty Cameron Accessories Manager. Responsibilities throughout all stages of development from the initial design concepts through to the final production, delivery and fulfillment. Manage, monitor and track all vendor communication for each season throughout the development cycle. Maintain extremely accurate and organized written records of development history. Choose appropriate sources for each style with regards to volume, technique, fabrication and cost. Coordinate fabric, and finished good sourcing, development, and approval. Defers to Accessory Manager for final approval and changes to all products. Coordinate color development and approval. Continually look for innovative and unique products, fabrics, and colors that meet the needs of customers. Develop costing sheets for all components and finished product. Initiates Purchase Orders as directed by Product Manager. Anticipate and predict challenges of development, timing of deadlines and production in order to address and avoid delays to the process and calendar while ensuring quality, cost efficient product. Accountable for the timely adherence of calendar dates. Organize the product launch schedule for the entire year, along with meeting the in hand dates of all special projects. Know solutions to problems and follow all situations through to completion, working with appropriate departments and contacts as necessary for resolution. In this role, the incumbent will have primary management responsibility for the support of all sourcing, purchasing, category and supplier management activities for assigned categories in such areas as maintenance, repair, operating supplies, etc. required to support a multi-plant manufacturing operation.
