In this position the incumbent will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the human resources information system applications and related policies and procedures. The manager is responsible to set HRIT strategy and priorities and is responsible for the direction and development of HRIT staff. Provide technical expertise and system support to the Human Resources department in order to meet the strategic needs of the organization. Partner with key users to understand and identify needs and initiate systems projects to meet those needs. Serves as department liaison to Information Technology department. Conduct end-user interviews to determine systems requirements. Create detailed specifications outlining system requirements for programming needs. Works with Acushnet Information Technology staff as well as third party software vendor's staff to ensure the operational needs of the organization are met. Maintain ongoing expertise in the breadth of the functionality. Ensure awareness of trends in HRIT and software developments and make recommendations to keep the organization in alignment with best practice. Responsible for the training and development of the HRIT staff. Responsible to ensure thorough understanding of system functionality as well as Acushnet application of the technology. Responsible to set direction and priorities as well as setting goals for career growth and development. Assists users with reporting needs and or problem resolution which require the use of sophisticated application tools or advanced computer skills. Design Engineer / Clubs: Carlsbad, California
In this position the incumbent will primarily design Titleist golf clubs using Unigraphics (UG). They will produce new models/concepts and refine existing models/concepts using a variety of techniques in UG, including surfacing, the sketch application, part families, and other advanced applications within the software. They will integrate Industrial Design Team sketches and internal engineering constructions into the model in UG. Team with Industrial Design and Engineering Staff to generate desired golf club forms, shapes, sculpting, features, artwork, engraving, aesthetics, medallions, secondary inserts, and cosmetics.
The incumbent will develop and/or follow design specifications to generate CAD models. Qualify CAD model integrity through prototyping and pre-production runs. Operate and/or possess knowledge of reverse engineering tools to expedite development and verify golf club models. Operate and/or possess knowledge of digital sculpting tools to expedite modeling. Maintain up to date working knowledge of CAD programs, illustration programs, and spread-sheets for effective communication with designers, suppliers, manufacturing, sales and marketing.
Additionally they will develop standards/templates to facilitate effective communication in accomplishing the product development goals - from concept through to production. Provide inspection forms and procedures. Link CAD model efforts with computer analysis tools for virtual performance analysis. Use computer based analysis techniques for expediting the determination of critical performance variables.

This position is responsible for providing a luxury shopping experience for all customers at the Scotty Cameron Gallery /Boutique on a daily basis; to ensure guests /customers are serviced impeccably with direct input and direction from the Scotty Cameron Management team. Responsibility includes but is not limited to; Providing a luxury shopping experience for all customers. Greeting customers and ascertaining what each customer wants and/or needs. Recommending, selecting, and helping locate or obtaining merchandise based on customer needs and desires. Promoting the attributes of the merchandise and answering all customer questions. Maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. Arranging and displaying merchandise to promote sales. Processing cash and credit purchases accurately using the POS system. Assisting manager with opening and closing cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, coupons, and vouchers, balancing cash drawers, and making deposits. Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the management and leadership of the Scotty Cameron Gallery /Boutique on a daily basis; overseeing retail staff, office staff and all office functions within the Gallery to ensure guests /customers are serviced impeccably with direct input and direction from the Scotty Cameron Management team. Responsibility includes but is not limited to effective supervision of the staff, inventory, accounting and adherence to company policies and procedures. Attainment of profitability and financial objectives within the store. Assures that the store always meets company standards and highest aesthetics with regards to merchandising, visual presentations, housekeeping and loss prevention requirements. Manages the customer service/ guest experience ensuring that customers are receiving the maximum level of high-end service at all times. Primary key holder for opening/closing processes. Develops staff schedules with consideration of time off requests. Manages assigned operational functions within the Gallery consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the store. Utilizes and monitors efficiently all systems software to ensure proper pricing and stock levels. Organizing and monitoring inventory and preparing sales/inventory reports as needed. Manages the delivery of guest services consistent with the company store service standards and the Scotty Cameron brand. To accurately perform accounting related duties within the finance department. Perform monthly journal entries and reconciliations in the areas of derivative accounting, equity and subsidiary related accounts. Review statutory financial statements for subsidiary locations. Assist in the documentation and review of internal controls at subsidiary locations. Prepare statement of cash flows. Assist in the documentation of the accounting structure and account usage at subsidiary locationns. Assist in the validation of foreign exchange rates used in consolidation.
