Administer key fitting programs including fitting systems, fitting days, and training initiatives. Serve as the primary contact for internal and external information and assistance regarding US club fitting programs. SureFit Program – Fitting represents our #1 clubs sell-through initiative and requires industry leading fitting tools and service levels. Responsible for the administration of this $2 million program through the following responsibilities: •Ensure the US fitting network has appropriate fitting tools by creating fitting matrices, forecasting fitting clubs, execute the fitting new product launch process, coordinate ordering of fitting tools by Customer Service. •Responsible for the cart fleet through coding partners properly, transferring carts from one partner to another, billing annual program fees, processing fitting rebates. •Provide regular analysis of Partner sales reports and work with Sales Leaders and Reps to ensure appropriate fitting network productivity in each team and territory. • Maintain and track spare parts of items such as fitting carts, fitting clubs, lie tape, face tape, lie boards, etc. Fitting Day Program – We have approximately 125 fitting reps in the US who conduct high quality fitting days using our supplied fitting tools and launch monitors. Actively coordinate and administer this $1 million annual program. Duties include: •Ensure Tech Reps have appropriate fitting tools by creating fitting matrices, forecasting fitting clubs, execute the fitting new product launch process, direct the ordering of fitting tools by Customer Service Tech Rep ‘Captain’. •Orchestrate the sell-off of Tech Rep fitting clubs including selecting appropriate vendor(s), negotiate pricing, oversight and execution of internal billing and crediting, forecast sell-off activity with Forecast Manager. •Maintain fleet of launch monitors including selecting launch monitor supplier, evaluating competing models, acquiring spare parts or replacing monitors as needed, managing database of all company owned launch monitors. •Forecast, budget and distribute fitting supplies such as tents, tables, and display tools. •Oversee Fitting Reps as independent contractors, budget and plan monthly rep payments, ensure that Fitting Reps are well-trained and represent the company with excellence at consumer events. •With the Customer Service Director, coordinate the efforts of Customer Service Tech Rep ‘Captain’ to process event invoices in a timely manner. •Document program policies and procedures for annual distribution. Provide regular program updates to management and sales reps. •Work with Marketing Department to provide event promotion tools such as in-store promotion, listing of events on our website, and by providing promotional tools to our Partners. Training – Provide fitting training support for in-person workshops, online training programs, and special events to ensure that the Titleist fitter network is the best trained and most skilled in the industry. •In-person workshops – we conduct fitting workshops in each sales territory annually using a team of consultants called Prominent Fitters. Update workshop agenda with new product information, finalize national event calendar with sales reps and prominent fitters, distribute workshop materials to each host account prior to event, process prominent fitter expense reports and annual contracts, ensure PGA members receive MSR points for attending. •Titleist Club Tech e-learning – create new content for online courses in both new product introductions and club fitting methods. •With the Customer Service Director, coordinate the efforts of Customer Service Fitting Training ‘Captain’ to ensure that fitters are coded properly as they complete online certification. •Special events – periodically plan and support special events such as sales meetings, PGA Merchandise Shows, and industry functions.
Bachelor's Degree required. A minimum of three years within the golf industry in club fitting, customer service, program administration, or marketing positions Exceptional club fitting, time management, organizational, customer service, business writing and numerical analysis skills are all required. Must possess an aptitude to multi-task in a hectic environment. Ability to handle and move golf equipment. This can include heavy lifting of large cartons/bags filled with golf clubs and accessories. Must be able to sit at desk for long periods of time.
